The Cotton Patch quilting and sewing supply store opened it's doors way back in 1978! It was the vision of two entrepreneurs, Carolie Hensley and Mary Ward.  At the time, Carolie was a successful real estate agent and mom of two.  Mary was looking for a business opportunity. Both being avid sewers,  Mary presented the idea of a quilting  store.  Carolie replied, "Well, if we stay in business for 5 years we're doing good." After 5 years, Mary decided to retire and Carolie has kept the store thriving for almost 4 decades. We're excited to be able to serve our local customers and those from around the world through our website and store. To read more see: About Us.
